Hospitality - Briarcliff Hotel and Conference Center
The Briarcliff Hotel and Conference Center is located in Kansas City Missouri. This 200 room project was designed as a full service hotel and penthouse condominium development. As part of a greater development, shared mechanical central plant and parking structures were integrated. Amenities included 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant, bar, spa, pool, covered parking and fitness center with integrated condominiums. This project remains at the Design Development level.
